3. How to Return an Item

Contact Us: Email our customer service team at wisdomservice2025@163.com to request a return authorization. Please provide your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and reason for the return.
Return Authorization: We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return the item(s).
Ship the Return: Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, or documentation. Ship the return to the address provided in the return authorization.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Domestic Returns: We offer free return shipping for domestic orders.
International Returns: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping for international orders.

5. Refunds

Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item, please allow 5-10 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the same process as for returns. Once we receive your returned item, we will process your exchange and ship the new item to you. You may also place a new order for the desired item while returning the original one.

7. Defective or Wrong Items
